Performance shows up in the lives of Queer people every day. We perform through our crafts, like drag and art. Or we perform for the world as loud activists fighting back. Or we perform by code-switching while navigating fear and oppression. And we are weary of the performances of our allies…are they authentic in their support or is it simply….performance? Yet, no matter the stage or the role, the Queer experience never breaks, and the show must go on.
