Join our 2025 research project!
Queer Kentucky, with support from The Moore Lab, a research lab led by Dr. Justin X. Moore, is excited to launch our second annual research project! After listening to the needs of our community, we wanted to dive further into questions around our experiences with substance use, prevention care with sexual health, and our knowledge and/or usage of other harm reduction resources.
This survey is open to anyone 18+ in the United States. Because of our incredible partners, we are able to offer the findings of our 2024 study through a fantastic data dashboard located here. Because of how incredible a resource this tool has been to view LGBTQ+ health information in Kentucky, our new survey is open to any adult in the United States. So if you live in West Virginia (or Nevada) and want your community to participate (straight or LGBTQ+) they are welcome to, and you will be able to access the results via the next data dashboard (a minimum 10 responses per zip code are required for safety to show it on the dashboard) or by requesting the raw data.
This survey is open through June 30th. Expect our next online dashboard to be available in early 2026.
